Alexander: 2007 Westminster Scottie Breed Champ

Meet Charthill Empire Maker aka Alexander, the Scottish Terrier who won Best of Breed at last year’s Westminster Kennel Club Dog Show. The almost-six-year-old has won a whole slew of other prizes including best of breed at Crufts in 2007, where he made history as the first American Scottie Dog to win at this show, which is to Europe what Westminster is to North America.

To watch last year’s breed judging videos, go to this page, look for Scottish Terriers and click. There’s one Wheaten Scottie and the rest are black. Their finely groomed coats are to die for, the dental examinations not so much.
